Butternut SQUASH Soup


2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Can Coconut Milk
4 Cups Vegetable Broth
1 Medium Onion
5 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Cup Water
1 Large Butternut Squash


1. In a large pot add onion, garlic and water then simmer for 10 mins.

2. Remove the seeds in the butternut squash, peel the butternut squash, cube the butternut squash and then add it to the pot.

3. In a bowl mix the nutritional yeast, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper then add to the pot.

4. Add the coconut milk and vegetable broth to the pot then simmer for 45 mins.

5. Use an immersion blender to blend until desired consistency.

6. Enjoy!
