Chickpea OMELETTE

Ingredients:

3/4 Cup Chickpea Flour
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
3/4 Cup Almond Milk

Method:

1. In a large bowl mix all ingredients with a whisk until smooth.

2. Add mix to a large non-stick pan and heat until cooked through.

3. Add your favourite omelette fillings then flip.

4. Enjoy!
