Chunky PLANT-BASED Chili


2 Cans Black Beans
1 Can Corn
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Large Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Large Red Onion
1/4 Tsp Salt
2 Large Carrots
2 Large Red Peppers
1 Cup Water

Chili Spices:

2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Cumin
1 1/2 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Dried Oregano
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 Tbsp Salt


1. In a large pot add black beans, corn, red onion, celery, carrots, red peppers, kidney beans and then the diced tomatoes.

2. In a small bowl mix the chili spices together and then add to pot with water. 

3. Mix together, cover and then simmer for 1 hour while stirring occasionally.

4. Enjoy!
