Spinach HUMMUS


1 Can Chickpeas
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Cup Tahini
1 Tsp Salt
3 Cups Baby Spinach
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Aquafaba


1. Add baby spinach and lemon juice to a processor and then pulse until baby spinach is the desired consistency.

2. Add chickpeas, minced garlic, cumin, tahini, aquafaba and salt to processor and then process until desired consistency.

3. Enjoy!
