Spinach HUMMUS

Ingredients:

1 Can Chickpeas
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1/2 Tsp Cumin
1/4 Cup Tahini
1 Tsp Salt
3 Cups Baby Spinach
3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Aquafaba

Method:

1. Add baby spinach and lemon juice to a processor and pulse until baby spinach is desired consistency.

2. Add chickpeas, minced garlic, cumin, tahini, aquafaba and salt to processor and process until desired consistency.

3. Enjoy!
