Sweet N Sour TOFU


3 Tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 Cup Organic Ketchup
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Cup + 3 Tbsp Water
350 Grams Extra Firm Tofu


1. Pat dry the tofu to remove some of the moisture then cut into small pieces.

2. Add the tofu to a large glass bowl then cover in corn starch.

3. Mix 3 Tbsp corn starch with 3 Tbsp cold water and then set aside.

4. In a small bowl mix coconut sugar, organic ketchup, salt, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, 1 cup water and corn starch mix then add to the tofu.

5. Cook on medium heat in a large pan until the sauce thickens.

6. Enjoy!
