Avocado POTATO Wedges


1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Pepper
1/2 Tsp Salt
4 Medium Potatoes
1 Medium Avocado
1/4 Cup Cilantro
3 Tbsp Lime Juice
1/3 Cup Water


1. Cut potatoes into wedges then place in a large glass bowl.

2. Add avocado, cilantro, garlic powder, onion powder, lime juice, pepper, salt and water to a blender and then blend until smooth then add to potatoes.

3. Coat potatoes evenly before placing on baking pan lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake at 450F for 35 mins flipping halfway.

5. Enjoy!
