Black Bean MANGO Burgers

Ingredients:

2 Cans Black Beans
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Tbsp Minced Garlic
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup Diced Onion
1 Medium Diced Jalapeño
1 Medium Diced Mango

Method:

1. Place black beans in a large bowl and then microwave for 2 mins.

2. Add black beans, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, jalapeño, mango, pepper and salt then add to a food processor. Pulse until all ingredients are mixed well.

3. Create 6 burgers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Bake at 375F for 40 mins flipping halfway.

5. Enjoy!
