Cashew CRANBERRY Cheeze


2 Cups Cashews
1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Broth
1/4 Cup Nutritional Yeast
1 Tbsp Agar Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Salt
1/4 Cup Cranberries
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice


1. Soak cashews in boiling water and then let them sit for 30 mins.

2. Add cashews, vegetable broth, nutritional yeast, agar powder, garlic powder, lemon juice, black pepper and salt to a food processor then process until smooth.

3. Add cheeze to a frying pan and then heat until it thickens stirring in cranberries after a few minutes.

4. Place cheese in a bowl and then  let it set in refrigerator for 2 hours.

5. Enjoy!
