Grilled CHEEZE


1/2 Cup Cashews
1/4 Cup Tapioca Starch
1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Salt
Gluten-Free Flatbread
1/2 Cup Water


1. Soak cashews in a bowl with boiling water and then let sit for 30 mins.

2. In a blender add soaked cashews, tapioca starch, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, salt and water then blend until smooth. 

3. On a non-stick pan add cheeze and then cook on medium heat until it thickens. 

4. Add cheeze to gluten free flatbread and then cook on a non-stick pan until crispy. 

5. Enjoy!
