PEANUT Pad Thai

Ingredients:

454 Grams Rice Noodles
1 Cup Vegetable Broth
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Minced Ginger
1 Tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Sriracha
1 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 Cups Spinach
1/2 Cup Cilantro

Method:

1. In a large pot boil water and cook rice noodles until cooked.

2. Add vegetable broth, peanut butter, soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, sriracha, rice wine vinegar and toasted sesame oil to a non-stick pan then cook until well combined.

3. Add peanut sauce to cooked noodles then mix in spinach and cilantro.

4. Enjoy!
