Spicy CAULIFLOWER Wings

Ingredients:

1 Cup Gluten-Free Flour
1 Cup Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Hot Sauce
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tsp Salt
1 Large Cauliflower

Method:

1. Floret the cauliflower into small pieces. 

2. In a large bowl mix the gluten-free flour, paprika, onion powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt then create a well in the middle. 

3. Add almond milk to the dry mixture and then mix.

4. Pour batter onto cauliflower and then mix until all pieces are covered. 

5. Place cauliflower on a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread out evenly and then bake at 450F for 30mins flipping cauliflower halfway. 

7. Enjoy!
