Ingredients:1 Bag Spirals Brown Rice Pasta
350g Extra Firm Tofu
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Medium Yellow Onion
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Water
1/2 Cup ( = 1 Variety Pouch) Original Cheeze
1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 28oz Can Diced Tomatoes
In a large pot of boiling water cook Brown Rice Pasta until al dente.
In a pan add Onion, Minced Garlic and 1/4 Cup Water then simmer until Onion is translucent.
Add Diced Tomatoes, Italian Seasoning and Original Cheeze then simmer for 10mins.
Dice up Tofu into 0.5cm cubes, place into bowl covering with Soy Sauce and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 400F for 30mins.
Mix in cooked Pasta noodles and baked Tofu.
Serve hot & Enjoy!
