Cheezy Chipotle Potatoes


Ingredients: 

20 Mini Red & Yellow Potatoes 
1 Tbsp Avocado Oil 
1 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk 
1/4 Cup ( = 1 x 30g Variety Pack Pouch) Chipotle Cheeze 
Chives (optional)

 

Method: 

  1. Half potatoes and place on a baking mat 

  2. Drizzle potatoes with avocado oil, salt then mix until all potatoes are covered.

  3. Bake at 425F for 30mins

  4. Add potatoes to large pot with Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk and Chipotle Cheeze 

  5. Mix over medium heat until Cheeze thickens.

  6. Serve hot and top with chives.

  7. Enjoy!
