Ingredients:20 Mini Red & Yellow Potatoes
1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/2 Cup ( = 1 Variety Pouch) Chipotle Cheeze
Half potatoes and place on a baking mat
Drizzle potatoes with avocado oil, salt then mix until all potatoes are covered.
Bake at 425F for 30mins
Add potatoes to large pot with Unsweetened Almond Milk and Chipotle Cheeze
Mix until Cheeze thickens.
Serve hot and top with chives.
