Cheezy Chipotle Potatoes
Ingredients:
20 Mini Red & Yellow Potatoes1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk
1/4 Cup ( = 1 x 30g Variety Pack Pouch) Chipotle Cheeze
Chives (optional)
Method:

Half potatoes and place on a baking mat

Drizzle potatoes with avocado oil, salt then mix until all potatoes are covered.

Bake at 425F for 30mins

Add potatoes to large pot with Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk and Chipotle Cheeze

Mix over medium heat until Cheeze thickens.

Serve hot and top with chives.
