Cheezy Tofu Scramble




2 Handfuls Mushrooms 
1 Small Onion 
1 Handful Baby Spinach
350g Extra Firm Tofu 
1/2 Cup Original Cheeze 
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Sea Salt 
1 Cup Water  


  1. Dice Mushrooms and Onion then add to a large pan with 1 Tbsp Water. Cover and cook until Onions are translucent.

  2. Mash Tofu with a fork then add to the pan with Original Cheeze, Turmeric, Sea Salt and 1 Cup Water.

  3. Continue heating over medium heat. 

  4. Once Cheeze starts to thicken add in Baby Spinach.

  5. Cook until Baby Spinach starts to wilt then serve hot topped with cracked pepper.
