2 Handfuls Mushrooms
1 Small Onion
1 Handful Baby Spinach
350g Extra Firm Tofu
1/2 Cup ( = 1 Variety Pouch) Original Cheeze
1 Tsp Turmeric
1 Tsp Sea Salt
1 Cup Water
Dice Mushrooms and Onion then add to a large pan with 1 Tbsp Water. Cover and cook until Onions are translucent.
Mash Tofu with a fork then add to the pan with Original Cheeze, Turmeric, Sea Salt and 1 Cup Water.
Continue heating over medium heat.
Once Cheeze starts to thicken add in Baby Spinach.
Cook until Baby Spinach starts to wilt then serve hot topped with cracked pepper.
