Pesto Grilled Cheeze
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup (60g) Pesto Cheeze
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk
1 Handful Cherry Tomatoes
6 Slices of Bread
1 Tbsp Plant-Based Butter
Method:

Mix Pesto Cheeze and Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk in a small microwavable bowl.

Microwave on High for 1 minute. Stir. Microwave on High for another 30 seconds or until Cheeze starts to thickens.Remove from microwave and stir. Cheeze will thicken when stirred.

Butter outside slices of bread. Spread Pesto Cheeze between 2 slices placing sliced Cherry Tomatoes in between. Fry on medium heat.
