Ingredients:10 Mini Red & Yellow Potatoes
1/2 Tbsp Avocado Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
3/4 Cup Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk
1 x 30g Sample Pouch Chipotle Cheeze
Half potatoes and place on a baking mat.
Drizzle potatoes with avocado oil & salt then mix until all potatoes are covered.
Bake at 425F for 30mins.
Add potatoes to a large pot with Unsweetened Plant-Based Milk and 30g Sample Pouch of Chipotle Cheeze .
Mix over medium heat until Cheeze thickens.
Serve hot and top with chives.
